Our "Donkey" holiday apartment combines spacious living, comfort, and a particularly inviting atmosphere across 125 m². Accommodating up to six guests, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The "Donkey" apartment holds a special place in our hearts: for many years, it was our family home. Perhaps it is this very history that gives the apartment its warm, personal atmosphere and distinctive character.
The apartment spans two floors (ground floor: approx. 100 m²; upper floor: approx. 25 m²). The ground floor features a bedroom for two, two additional rooms each with a comfortable standard-sized single bed and a spacious, open-plan living and dining area. The large kitchen island creates the ideal setting for cooking together, enjoying meals, and sharing sociable moments.
Upstairs, there is an additional living/sleeping room for two people. A newly renovated shower room and a charming bathroom with a freestanding bathtub offer the perfect space to unwind. Natural wood elements, clay-plastered walls, a small chandelier, and carefully selected driftwood details give the bathroom its unique charm. During the colder months, a cozy fireplace ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Guests of all ages can enjoy an extensive collection of games and a dartboard in the hallway—perfect for shared holiday moments and friendly competitions. Outside, the spacious garden offers plenty of room for families and friends to relax, play, and unwind. Ample parking is available right next to the house.
